The Pink Cottage

At The Pink Cottage guests have the option of renting by the week or taking in a shorter stay - bed and breakfast style. Like its sister this property is a 1891 Italianate cottage.

Minimum Stay Requirements
Summer - 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday
Off Season - 2 nights w/ Saturday
Beach Service - Guests can use the Virginia Hotel's Beach Service.
Check-in/Check-out - Guests can check in at the Virginia, year-round.

Bed and Breakfast Stays

For shorter stays The Pink Cottage is available for Bed and Breakfast style visits. Individual room rentals are available on our second floor. Our Bed and Breakfast guests enjoy a daily continental breakfast delivered to the house. It includes yogurt, juices, whole fruit and coffee/tea. There is a porch in the rear of the building with seating. Housekeeping provides a daily change of sheets and towels and bathrooms will be cleaned. Board games are provided. All rooms have a ceiling fan. Children are welcome.

Room #1 - Large oceanview room, 2nd floor, king bed, sofa-bed, shower only, 37" flat plasma screen TV/DVD, Individual climate control. Includes the 1 on-site parking spot.
Room #2 - Large room (views Jackson St.), 2nd floor, king bed, sofa-bed, shower/tub combo, 37" flat plasma screen TV/DVD, individual climate control.
Room #3 - Standard TV room, 3rd floor, queen bed, large bathroom with shower/tub combo, 26" flat screen TV/DVD, individual climate control.
Room #5 - Standard oceanview room, 3rd Floor, queen bed, shower only, 26" flat screen TV/DVD, individual climate control, can be shared with #4 (see below).

House Rentals

In addition to the rooms mentioned above, The Pink Cottage offers two additional rooms on the third floor when the whole property is rented as one. The cottage has a total of 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 people. There is a full kitchen available to you as there is no Continental breakfast for full house rentals.

Room #4 - 2 twin beds (which shares the bathroom with Room #5) Room #6 - Bunk beds, there is only a curtain on the door because this is where the fire escape is located.
