The Virginia Hotel in Cape May NJ was designed for adults seeking a tranquil atmosphere in elegant and luxurious surroundings and is therefore unsuitable for children under the age of 12 years. Our sister properties, Congress Hall, The Star and Sandpiper Beach Club gladly accept younger children.

Reservation and Deposit Information
Check-in is 3 P.M. Check-out is 12 P.M. Reservations require an advance deposit. Reservations of two nights or less require a one-night deposit. Longer reservations require a 50% deposit, credited to the last night of your stay. Checks accepted for reservations three weeks prior to arrival. Major Credit Cards accepted at anytime.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum stay requirements may apply. All deposits are fully refundable and transferable 21 days prior to arrival. Deposits are transferable for up to 1 year when cancelled between 4 and 21 days of arrival (one-time consideration only), less our $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Deposits are applied to the last night of stay. Unfortunately, we cannot insure your reservation against bad weather. Early departures are handled as cancellations and are subject to the same policy.
